I am uneasy about borrowing expensive books out of fear that we might damage them and need to pay to replace them. Thank you for being respectful of our need to maintain these books for many others! Please know that I appreciate your concern. I am more than happy to alert you to the value of expensive books before you check them out if you would like. (Someday, we hope to put a special sticker on high-value books so that you can see that at a glance.) Also, please know that we try to be extremely reasonable. We know that books will be READ, and therefore they will not look pristine. Actually, that makes us really happy! One thing you can do to guard against book damage is to keep the books in your library tub when you are not using them. We are confident that together we can care for these books so that they are available for families for a long time.

I would like to support the library, do you have a wish list? Yes! Here is our Amazon Wishlist.
